If you have not received your package 24 hours after delivery, please contact us via the contact section, indicating your order number in the subject of the message.
To ensure you receive your holiday gifts on time, items must be in stock and available to ship on the deadline day.

Once authenticated, you will be able to view the real-time status of your order (this status will be updated when the order is shipped). By nature, pre-orders and orders containing a customized product have a longer processing time than traditional orders.
For mainland France, we strive to respect a delivery time of 5 to 10 days, unless otherwise indicated for pre-orders or other information specified in the product sheet.
