Creating an account gives you the ability to access your wish list and add items that interest you. In addition, you will be able to track the status of your orders, view their order history, as well as find your invoices, all from your account.

It is possible to cancel a pre-order only within 24 hours of purchasing the product. Pre-orders are made-to-order items and therefore cannot be canceled or changed after this time.

Unfortunately, we do not offer same day delivery.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us via the contact section for assistance by indicating your order number in the subject of the message.

It is possible that your package was delivered to your mailbox, to a concierge, to a building caretaker, or even to a neighbor who would have accepted the package in your absence. Please check with these people first. If you have not received your package 24 hours after delivery, please contact us via the contact section, indicating your order number in the subject of the message.

To ensure you receive your holiday gifts on time, items must be in stock and available to ship on the deadline day.

Shipping costs may vary depending on destination, quantity of products per order and weight. Prices for countries that are part of the European Union are set by our logistics partners (Colissimo, Chronopost, Mondial Relay, DPD). For any delivery that may incur customs fees, the shipping rate displayed includes delivery and customs file opening fees. Customs clearance fees may be requested upon receipt, in accordance with the logistics company's policy.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 30 business days after we receive your returned items.
Items marked as 'non-returnable' on the product pages are not refundable.
This includes :

  • Consumables
  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gloves
  • Skincare, perfumes and other wellness products
  • Perishable products
  • Customized products
Personalized products, such as jerseys, cannot be canceled.

With regard to other products, an order may be canceled before processing, with lead times varying depending on the products and times of the year.

After a product has been shipped, no order can be canceled, and the customer must initiate a return process.
The majority of our products come from Europe. We are currently engaged in the design of products manufactured in Europe, with particular emphasis on the use of quality materials

Our collections primarily feature a regular fit, with a few notable exceptions.
These include:

  • Monogram: Oversize cut
  • Prokit: Slim fit
In the event of receipt of a defective product or if a problem occurs during delivery (problem attributable to KarmineCorp), the refund for the return will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase of the product. If the returned product is not defective, KarmineCorp will provide a return slip, the costs of which will be deducted from the refund.

A selection of products on our site is not subject to refund. You can find this information on the sheet of each product or in our FAQ section entitled "Which products are refundable".

Concerning products eligible for reimbursement, it is imperative that the items remain sealed and have not been worn, consumed or damaged by the customer.

Product returns require prior authorization from the company. Any product returned without this prior authorization cannot be refunded.

The return request must be submitted by email. You can contact us using our contact form located at the bottom of our site.
After receiving your request, we will provide you with a return slip to print and affix to the packaging containing your product.

Then please drop off your package at a post office.

It is possible to offer an e-gift card using the “Give an e-gift card” option on the product sheet. Simply enter the recipient's email address, who will then receive the code to use throughout the site.
We ship our products internationally, covering a wide range of countries. We are currently working with our logistics department to expand our delivery service globally. It is important to take into account that customs and shipping costs may be applied depending on the destination and the amount of the order.

To follow the progress of your order, please go to the login page of your account on KarmineCorp. Once authenticated, you will be able to view the real-time status of your order (this status will be updated when the order is shipped). In addition, a delivery tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is validated, allowing you to follow the progress of your package transparently.

By nature, pre-orders and orders containing a customized product have a longer processing time than traditional orders.

Delivery times are specified in the confirmation email. This deadline depends on the products ordered and does not include the period necessary to prepare the order.
For mainland France, we strive to respect a delivery time of 5 to 10 days, unless otherwise indicated for pre-orders or other information specified in the product sheet.

E-gift cards are vouchers that can be used throughout the Karmine store. After purchasing a card, the customer will receive an email containing a code which they can then use on the site.
According to our General Conditions of Sale, returns are available no later than 14 days following the date of shipment by the customer.
